Puzzled Parents is a small, friendly, open, informal group that provides support, resources and a friendly atmosphere to families,  military families, care givers and professionals of special needs and disabled children in San Diego and surrounding areas.  If you have questions regarding resources,  individual education plans (IEPs) or just want to share in the knowledge of others who are experiencing the same things then we are the group for you!


We are able to provide help to anyone - if El Cajon is too far away just give Amy a call!  She can provide assistance or support by phone, email, fax or even by mail!

Membership for Puzzled Parents Support Group is easy!  Any person who has a family member with a diagnosed or suspected mental, physical or emotional disability and/or developmental delay can be a part of our group!

Regular meetings are free and are held at
the Salvation Army building located at
1011 East Main Street, El Cajon (Corner of Anza & Main)

Meetings are two (2) Fridays monthly from 6 - 8 pm
