Puzzled Parents is a small, friendly, open, informal group that provides support, resources and a friendly atmosphere to families,  military families, and care givers of special needs and disabled children in San Diego and surrounding areas.  If you have questions regarding resources,  individual education plans (IEPs) or just want to share in the knowledge of others who are experiencing the same things then we are the group for you!

Membership for Puzzled Parents Support Group is easy!  Any person who has a family member with a diagnosed or suspected mental, physical or emotional disability and/or developmental delay can be a part of our group!
